A rich and indulgent thermidor sauce, contains king & queen scallops, king prawns, langoustines and salmon.
It is very special, utterly delicious and we'll only be making a small quantity of them so secure them quickly!
The langoustine on top is edible and delicious. Just give the tail a squeeze on the sides as this makes it easy to peel. Then flip it over so the legs are facing up, then peel the side down towards the back!
